Hiraeth overhauls all Dynasty Legacies in the game with more compelling perks and choices, such as dynasty members with the Guile dynasty legacy being able to recruit a new type of men-at-arms, or dynasty members with the Warfare dynasty legacy being able to receive commander traits from any education focus.

For example, replace hth_kin_legacy_1 with kin_legacy_3. Then remove kin_legacy_3 from hth_dynasty_perks.txt. Now the first perk in Kindred will be Constant Care, but with the added Hiraeth stuff.
Theoretically, it should also be possible to append "add_dynasty_perk = kin_legacy_3" to the effect scope of any existing dynasty perk.
Of course, if Hiraeth changed those files, it would increase the necessity of compatches, such as with LMF in the pregnancy events file ironically enough. I don't think that's viable, but if there is no other option I would recommend this mod page point out that stuff like the Constant Care bonus no longer exists.
I'll probably just pick Kindred.
Of course, you would have to come up with a new legacy requirement if you do this.
