I have no idea how it'd look honestly. It probably depends on whether the mod gives other races unique armor sprites or not.

If I used a different race via a race mod how would the armor look on my character? Would it look like the vanilla armor or would it be all buggy?

@Void you can't separate them. Male and female players use the same arms, helmets, and (mostly) legs for armor. The most you can really do for a texture pack like this is change the torso.

Or you could just completely redesign the pack with males and females in mind, but that would restrict the waifu sprites.
