Fisherman NPC

Опис
Fisherman NPC adds a new Town NPC that sells fishing related items. He will arrive once the Angler has been rescued and there are at least 5 Town NPCs.
He sells bait, fish, fishing rods, and other fishing related items.
Includes configuration options to disable certain items in the Fisherman's shop and to change the shop prices.

Mod version: v0.2.10
- Fixed another cross mod issue with Calamity
- Updated how the custom shops work. Now other mods can add the same item more than once without any issues.

@Grem™ In a dialogue the fisherman literally says he's not the angler's father, but in the same dialogue is implied he wouldn't mind being his father.
