Darker Landscape 4.0

If you are like me, you hate how some areas in the world are too bright, even blinding. This mod tones it down a bit to make it bearable. Also makes the day time a little shorter, and the night a little darker.

Changes:
Explosure Min - 1.1 from 0.8
Sunrise - 5.25 from 5 (Aprox 5:15am from 5am)
Sunset - 22.5 from 23 (Aprox 10.15pm from 11pm)
Night Darkness - 0.39 from 0.35

Various Weather effects that include cloud cover and types of rain are now more realistic with increased cloud cover during storms and fog added to simulate reduced visibility from rain. Watch the video above to see weather change.

Version 4 changes:
1. The red rain is Vain is now far less annoying. There are mods that remove it entirely but thats just lazy. After much testing I believe its perfect.
2. Other rain effects for other locations are being looked for changes to make them look better and more realistic. Will update for that later.
3. Small adjustments to night time darkness and light sources. Might be more before Im done with version 4. The core landscape lighting changes remain the same.
