This MOD is the 4.0 reset version of Ethics and Civics: Infinity, which has undergone significant changes compared to version 3. *, completely breaking away from the framework of Ethics and Civics and almost rewriting the MOD... ①The effects and textual descriptions of Ethics have been reworked to make them closer to each philosophical foundation with realistic archetypes, and to reproduce every political philosophical theory from ancient times to the present through different combinations;

②The government system has been remade, and a large number of Civics have been added to more accurately describe the characteristics of the government organization under each ethic image;

③The mechanism of the administrative scale of the empire and other values has been changed, and the upper limit of the administrative scale has been added back, striving to be closer to the reality in simulating the laws of social operation;

④Add a host of policies and decrees, from military conscription to tax investment to environmental protection, shaping every detail of the interstellar empire;

⑤Many jobs have been added and modified, and the operating model of the interstellar society has been improved;

⑥Several Origins have been added to expand the dimension of civilization towards the stars.
