[PM,NPC,Ragdoll] Custom Femscout (with cosmetics)

This addon includes my femscout model ragdoll and all cosmetics that I've ported to her.

Here are main differences between this version and version from sfm workshop:
-New shorts
-New eyelashes
-Socks and remodeled legs
-Hi-poly cap, headset and pigtail
-Doesnt come with stockings, pants and original femscout legs bodygroups

Cosmetics are only supported on femscout_custom_gmod model

To fit cosmetics use bone merger addon, for some cosmetics you may have to change her torso bodygroup to avoid clipping.
