**Request** Combine ProtoSoldier NPC

This was a request, but anyone can use this however.
This contains a NPC of an ProtoGuard, but this one uses a different model instead of the common one used by my Themanclaw's Combine and many other addons. The NPC is located in Combine category, has spawnicon, has 150 HP and can use SMG, AR2 and Shotgun. Also he has 10 grenades. Still requires the playermodel version.
