So do I. I love the BIG Roads package because it gives that American feel to my cities! 👍🏾😁
Oh wait...sorry, got side tracked! 😆 It's interesting because m parking lots be FILLED with cars parking and even the roads with parking options are filled as well. So, I don't know about that one.

It actually does make some wonky decisions here and there, but for the most part, it hasn't done anything too drastic, and again, depending on the strength in which you set for this mod to affect the game's traffic module, it uses parking a WHOLE lot in my game, given I use it on full strength all the time. You have to consider how far away is the next available parking space is to the location that they (Cims) are trying to reach.
Or, you can just do like I do, and PRIMARILY make a Pedestrian based city in every aspect of it, forcing the usage of PT, over cars completely. Now, you don't have to worry about parking at all, almost. LOL
