First, try launching only Multiplay uniforms, TAC VESTS, and ENFORCER. If it works without any issues, then the problem is likely caused by one of the other mods.

Awesome Mod but it crashes my game every time I try to use one of the female models. Any reason why this is happening?

Version 4 was released at least 4 years ago (and version 5 was released a year ago), so the details of the changes are unclear. However, the general changes from version 3 to version 5 are as follows:

Changed
-Skin material
-Hair model, texture and material
-Most of the textures and materials have been polished.

Added
-Clothing items
-New male and female head model
