Original on left, modified on right.
Turns the low quality 256 x 128 textures into higher quality 2048 x 1024 textures!
Models and texture files have been edited.
(Yes, the screenshots were taken in GMOD)

there heads are purple how do you fix it

Also, for optimization, they probably smashed the beta textures into one VTF, to save space. Which might be why the textures are so small, and just low res ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥...

These are beta textures, some of the textures we DO have in HD. For the head textures, some of them have been recovered, while the rest, have been lost to time unfortunately. I know the upper, AND lower textures by heart! (and maybe like one, or two of the head textures...)
