Revan's Tiered Reactors

I felt the need for some vanilla tiered reactors. Modded reactors are nice and all, but they are rarely drag and drop replacements for vanilla, requiring their own custom housings.

These, are straight re-colors of the in-game reactors with scaling power generation and resource requirements, including a small amount of custom components (same icon as reactor components).
