25/09/2021: Not actually sure what this was created for back in 2017; but seeing the bug reports, I've commented out the torso sections, whether this breaks something it was designed for I don't know. No further support for this.

13/09/2017: Well that was pointless, I'd rather not break compatibility with firaxis's (and other mods) implementations, instead of adding CharacterTemplate="Soldier" to the firaxis made stuff, all Alien hunter armour mods should remove CharacterTemplate="Soldier" from their entries. I've updated this mod to only add icons, name support and empty parts.

So you've decided to grab a mod which adds torsos to the alien armour....oh no, you're now unable to go back to using the firaxis made, mildy odd, some with features only an elder could love, armour. What do?

This fixes that by replacing the DefaultContent definitions of the alien hunter armour with modified ones (basically adding , CharacterTemplate="Soldier" at the end of each line).

Also added the dlc icon to the armour, and support for Add Part Names

And lastly, empty "Arms", "Left Arm", "Right Arm" and "Legs" slots. For other empty WOTC added slots, grab Empty WOTC Deco Slots for XCOM Soldiers

hello one of my mods called [WOTC] Star Wars: The Old Republic - Sith Imperial Trooper needs this mod is there another mod that can take this ones place so i dont have to worry about something breaking ?

For anyone having issues, try using Invisible Body Parts For All (v1.3) . That mod creates the empty arm and leg slots your all looking for, and without the problems this one has.

Can't reccommend this mod as it's unsupported and caused major issues in my game albeit fixable by disabling this mod thankfully

What is this called in the Manage Mods list?

And can someone please explain to me, why every freaking mod has a different name on STEAM than it does on the Manage Mods list????

I'm subscribed to both this & "Empty Deco Slots" so I'm not sure which one is causing it(if any), but a lot of my rookies come in without torsos so I was wondering how to fix that other than having to put a chest on them myself until I figure out what I really want them to look like.

Warning! The alien armor torso parts in this mod are totally bugged. Your soldiers will end up with invisible torsos (and sometimes arms & legs) when they equip any of the alien armors. The torso menu item doesn't show up properly, so you can't fix the problem once it happens. If you want the empty arms/legs and parts name support from this mod, disable ALL the torso lines in the ini file. Doing that will at least prevent your soldiers from turning into floating heads when wearing the alien armor sets.

Hi, this mod is not working for me. There's no icon to change the armor to default.
