They start a dialouge with me every time the secondary party asks questions. They dont just take your content down. Theyll immediatly flag your content but itll be up till you either wave the fight or they are unable to confirm the counter claims legitmacy.

No they don't, if they did they would of contacted me. They removed it without any conference with me and stated if I found the removal to be false I should take legal actions.

The model by disney is disneys. The physics model (created by me), the code (created by me), and whatever other ♥♥♥♥ I had to do custom to make ♥♥♥♥ work is what Im copyrighting. When I create a texture, that texture is mine. just because it once got used to texture a disney ship doesnt make it any less my work. I honestly have no idea why Appo is starting this argument up again. Ive dmca'd him once already and he lost that argument. yeah honestly, becasue you have no right over this content, CC (creative copyright or whatever it is called) is just a right for you to use other people's content and create modifications and have your own rendition over it, not bloody put your own copyright on it

Was a combo of the overwatch stuff TFA was releasing and the star wars stuff he was releasing in massive quanaties. Was making like $20-30 a model.

99% of the stuff on the workshop is ripped content. I highly doubt that you're at risk of getting into any legal troubles. At most, Valve would get a cease and desist, from whatever company owns the content, ordering them to take it down off of the workshop, but I've yet to see that happen.

Well, seeing as how the Steam employees have already set a precedence by taking down certain addons that you reported to them, I would believe that it is safe to assume that they are not going to change their stance towards your reports.

and if im at risk of legally getting screwed im not sure its exactly worth the harassment ive faced on a more than daily basis.

I know it sounds childish but its honestly the only options I see open here. If Im going to be attacked everytime I try to release something and continue to guide it after the initial release I honestly dont know if its worth spending the time to do any of this.
