This is one fo the few that 've found to work in this collection, this and maybe the ak mod. I cant tell if it does do more damage, only that the ammo count increases. You needed to reload once you pick up the gun though, otherwise it the first magazine is at 8 by default. Although, if you do empty the 8 magazine when it comes time to relaod you will have 10 for the next magazine.
