This could be considered piracy, as this addon gives players the materials for the Half-Life: Source models, which they would only normally get by buying the game.

The point is, this addon is encouraging piracy, which i believe is a crime.

I had similar issue where they showed up missing then worked after disabling and reenabling, though they still show missing in the icons, not a huge deal but thought I'd throw it out there

if you want to use them in garry's mod, you need textures from half-life source, not half-life; half-life source stores its textures in .gcf files you can extract with gcfscape. i think the original half-life embeds its textures into the .mdl file

thank you for letting me know! in the meantime, the models that are missing textures are not popular at all so it shouldn't be a huge issue — they're not the ones used in hlvrai, which is where this mod's entire recent userbase seems to come from

you're right — actually, they updated it all the way back in january! i was unaware of this until now; i'll make sure to update the pack soon, but i have other projects right now and this is a very low priority to me

I'd assume that it's outdated, given the fact that Captain Charles has recently updated their Half-Life Source playermodels to include even more player models.
