click on a block in the building menu(Like Double Wood Block), click on the Skins tab above it, click on the Manage Packs gear icon thing on the right of the popup menu, then click on the paint bucket next to your skin pack to add it to your creation or the pointer finger to make all your building blocks have the skins. To install it click Subscribe, then load up Besiege. If its not in the menus then reload besiege it should be there.

go to settings while playing or building and above the god mode will be skins and if you activate it you can use skins.

For everyone confused on how the skin packs work, you have to subscribe to the skin pack, then go to settings in game, just above where you find god powers it will say skins, click that and all your skin packs should work.
