You need to make GPS points and add them in remote control block setting in needed order, then choose type of path - patrol is 1 - 2 - 3 - 2 - 1... and again, circles is 1 - 2 - 3 - 1 - 2... and so on, one way is one way. Then press "autopilot - on"
