Do you have an addon called 'VJ Base'? Apparently some previous version of that mod was hijacked and had malicious code put into it that would ask for your email

If you do have VJ Base, remove it and see if it still happens

when i download it its the only thing that asks for it idk why but good mod/skins

This addon doesn't ask for your email, you might want to check and see if it's something else that's doing that
