Is it compatible with (every other difficulty increasing mod)?

Within the first five minutes of playing with this mod, I had a minor heart attack and fell out of my chair. I give this mod a 10/10.

what makes it hard

I made this mod for myself so i can get some type of challenge (bc hard mode was too easy for me). The reason why this mod is public is that if there are people like me they can play this mod as well.
