Do you have to research something for the knellguns to get chain shot? I can't select it as an option for them, I only have round shot and grapeshot as options.

It doesn't replace anything. All vanilla empire units are recruitable, I am rocking amethyst ironsides for Elspeth in my campaign.

Yeah they're temperamental. Consider that a feature not a bug. It's the absolute best I could make them.

Pyrehulks with shoulder mounted crank cannon/auto falcon/Drakebiters? less ammo, faster movement than the arty version, but more tanky and mobile. Just throw haymakers for melee (fists)

I'm suffering the exact same problem as Gizmo, the loading bar reaches ~15-20% before stopping and crashing soon afterwards. I was able to run the game without the mod too, and removing the submods didn't have any effect either.

Very sad! It looks very cool, but I cannot play with it. :(

Yeah use Drakebiters. You have the tools you need to dominate any enemy, just need to tailor your armies to the threat you're facing. I'd also recommend getting a mod that rebalances enemy army recruiting and composition so they generate more balanced armies.

as of now ive noticed there are no real units that you can use to dissolve single units spam. Take a vampire crisis army for example, they spam flying undead dragons and there is no real unit you can use to kill them all effectively. it would be helpful if pyrehulks were just overall buffed due to how much they cost, or how there is only 16 of them. aspiring champions have other buffs to help them in battle but pyre hulks just kinda seem abit garbo even after upgrades, research and stuff.

Those mods exist already I'm pretty sure. Please be patient and wait for those authors to update their mods. I don't personally use or make those because I feel they break balance, and I don't want to maintain them.

Current campaign wont load with the newest update, it crashes straight to desktop after hitting around 20%. When trying Skirmish vs AI, hovering over the new javelin unit instantly crashes too, confirmed it a few times. Might be something else on my end but I tried reinstalling the game today and it still happens, never had any hard crashes before the update

I don´t know if it´s just for me, but the Pyrehulks with Volleygauntlets have a bug when they draw their swords. They dint ,,hold" them by the hilts, but just float in the air. It´s not a game-breaking bug ofcourse but its annoying. :(

i used the mod with Radious, and i got ass raped by radious units it wasnt even a close fight and i had more troops, please someone make a radious compat patch

@MushMami you may want to try resubscribing to the mod, and then check the roster list on the campaign menu to see if they are showing up under (I believe) Artillery & War Machines

Absolutely love the mod especially a more vanillia feel compared to the millenium dawn mod, I was wondering if theres a chance of a tier 3 deithguard. I know we have the pyrehulks but I'm wishing for a front line troop, much like the t2 Deithguard and T1 fume corps

So I'm gonna be filling out the roster a bit more before worrying about broader faction stuff including garrisons, lords and heroes. I wanna have a decent base and learn more about what everyone wants before I make bigger moves like that. Garrisons wouldn't be that hard, but it opens the door to compatibility issues, which I've greatly avoided so far.

Absolutely love the mod, I was wondering the same as LupusAlpha86 about garrisons, any way you guys know of having the Deithland units as the standard garrison units? Empire garrisons are horrible and honestly would love my deithguard well, guarding haha

For the record I love the Deithland series! However currently it is causing crashes on startup for certain PC's, it's if you have Deithland, Deithland (SFO), and Deithland Reiksmarines installed. After disabling these three the game starts up perfectly. I hope this can be somehow resolved soon.
