@life4trinity The game spawns zombies based on grids. The grids around your spawn area already start with low population, so switching the option to high won’t change those, but it should still take effect in other cities, most likely :)

How does this work exactly? For example, what happens when I change the starting population when I've already started the game?

I updated the Sandbox Preset Saver Mod. Now you don’t need to use any Sandbox mod or -debug, and I added a keybind option, so you can open the Save Preset button and save your Sandbox preset using a keybind you set. Also, if you need access to Sandbox Options, the Save Preset button will appear when you open the sandbox menu with this mod or -debug. The Sandbox Preset Saver mod is only supported for the game’s default sandbox options menu and will not work with mods that have a custom sandbox menu.

However, if you changed the days of Water Shutoff and Electricity Shutoff when setting up a new Sandbox save, it will not work, and it will adjust the day according to what you selected in the Water Shutoff and Electricity Shutoff dropdowns. This issue may also occur with some other options, so it is not caused by the Sandbox Preset Saver or this Sandbox Options mod, but by the game’s own Sandbox Options menu. Keep that in mind.

@Takaki Kasekari I’m sorry, but this mod has been configured to work only with Build 42.
There are Sandbox Options mods made by other modders that are compatible with Build 41, and I would recommend using one of those instead.

To clarify, I meant adding a translation text for the "Sandbox Option" in the right-click menu.
The format should be ContextMenu_XXXX, so that the Sandbox Option in the right-click context menu can also be translated.

I don't even know if it's feasable, but could you add an option to SAVE presets? I make a lot of changes, and would like to be able to carry them over to new saves without having to make notes of every change I make. Thank you for this incredible mod. It's essential to my playthroughs!

@无聊的栀子 I added translations for a total of 27 languages, hopefully they’re all correct :)
I also added a new option in the "Sandbox Options" category that lets you enable or disable the Advanced Settings.

Could you add a localized text for the "Sandbox Options" in the right-click menu? It's not a big deal, but it would still be greatly appreciated if you could.

Don’t forget to exit and rejoin your save after changing certain options in the Sandbox Options menu to make sure they work properly.

@KemonoAmigo I updated the mod. The Sandbox menu now includes an option to change the number of days alongside the water and electricity settings.

I got this strange bug that is probably not related to this mod, but I changed the settings of something else unrelated and the water and electricity instantly shut off when I clicked "Apply".

My water and electricity are both set to 6 - 12 months and that save was only 5 days in. I think not even dev mode can re-enable them now.

@JunkTruck Yes, the Time tab is currently missing from the Sandbox menu in Build 42.
Hopefully, it will be added in a future update.
In the meantime, you can manually change the Day Length by editing the map_sand.bin file

Is it intended that there is no Time tab? I wanted to change the day length back to 2 hours after it got set to the default 1.5 in one of the newer patches but there isn't an option

@Athena If you already have an existing save, activated the mod from the main menu, and it still didn’t work, you should follow the instructions in the mod description under the section “If the mod did not work on your pre-existing save.”

Yes, I see that there is no option to save in the sandbox menu. If it is possible to add one, please do so, because I have significantly reconfigured the current world and want to start a new one, but there are a lot of settings and transferring them is a pain.

@Golden Dragon there’s no option to save a preset in the sandbox menu, but there is a load feature. You can create a custom save from the main menu, adjust the settings, and save it. After that, you can apply the preset from the sandbox menu.

Hi, after a process of elimination ive determined that this mod has been causing an error that disables you from playing::(

I have problem with options, when I quit and enter game again I must set again some options (mainly I mean speed rotting and efficiency fridges)

I played for 30 days without a single issue i applied electricity shut off never and water also. But SUDDENLY every setting broke and it broke my gameplay

Someone told me that that the mod does not work if you used advanced values when creating the world. Is this the case? Thanks

If one or more of the changes you made do not work, try another sandbox options mod. If it does not work there either, I recommend you to wait for future updates.
