2. the the decibel level is not an exact match at the start and end of a sound, this can be fixed by adding 1-2 milliseconds of a blank audio track to the start and end of a sound.
or 3. the sound effect is longer than the original sound in a base game.
these are the typical issues that cause it, Now knowing this if you ever run into this issue with a mod you like you can potentially fix it yourself if you unpack the mod and have the editing tools to adjust audio {which are free}
keep in mind though, the main menu music is randomly selected when the game launches so it's a 1 in 5 chance of which song you'll get
