Try other mods just to see if they work for you. Maybe you're using mod tool wrong, eg not applying selected mods?

No. It's just playlist and files in main game archive. If you install any music mod after this one, it gets overwritten, that's the only issue i can think of.

i only modded music for this game. btw i dont see any glitches. if you refer to misplaced text - i think it's because words are longer then in english and it's localization error. localized strings should be in game resources and maybe they are editable

I wish they added a way to place music files or file links into game folder so we don't resort to repackaging music for all games in the series lol
