@jetrain it just fixed my problem in spawning randomized npcs, the blast pit dying scientist scene is still broken tho, but anyways i just dragged all the important mods into my custom folder, like the imgur image link that Romus gaved down in the comments

It's a popular mod that is called Black Mesa: Blue Shift that brings Blue Shift to the black mesa engine. It uses different directories though Im pretty sure

@Romus I'm using improved choreo, the original overhauls as required, bmce, and I do have the blue shift expansion. I use hd textures mods and some weapons animations

I always test things before publishing. On my end everything works. But I can't provide any help if you have other conflicting mods which I don't know whose

no seriously how the ♥♥♥♥ do i get this to work? bmce revised and advanced already exist in my custom folder but after i copy all chapter overhaul patch vpk into the custom folder it just adds new bugs and randomizations into the entities. wha am i doing wrong?

About cleansuit scientist voicelines... only scene voices are unique, this is also on regular chapter overhauls. So that's definitely not my fault, but with further scripting thats possible... And for some several characters this is not really worth it...

To others: now WGH data are deleted, they're not really too worth to "fix" them, so now errors would be gone.

this breaks "oh my god we're doomed!" "destroy the damned thing before it grows any larger" sequence and so much more, and yes i am using the latest version of Improved Choreography.

After installing this the scientist that tells you to fire the rocket then dies in Blast pit won't say his line, Jenkin's friend also won't say his line. Any fix for this?

BUG Report: The scripted-sequence name for the security guard being pulled into the ventilation duct in WGH has not been changed. The grd01 in the Traget NPC needs to be changed to GRD01_SiloDoors

im having the same issue as redfaerth. i uninstalled improved choreography but theres still issues with some of the scripted scenes in wgh and blast pit

I uninstalled this mod and it started working, it also seems like the changes made to the game are still there so idk it's probably an issue with my subscriptions

I am having an issue that I think is being caused by this mod where the scripting in WGH and Blast Pit isnt working properly. The security guard at the beginning of WGH doesn't get taken into the vent, the scientist doesn't run into the trip mine, and the first soldier you meet doesn't shoot the scientist. I haven't played through all of blast pit but the wounded scientist and security guard hiding behind the desk do not speak

On my end all scenes were worked correctly, however I deleted bunch of loose files which might inflict to errors. And redefined it, separate compat not longer matters

Well, thanks to other good people, i managed to find out, there is a problem at level plast pit. When we meet with Jenkins he's lines are broken and also he"s not leave the room to get obliterated by the tentacle monster. If i delete some file namingly ( scenes_c1a4b and map_bm_c1a4b.bsp) the game plays normaly no problem with this section whatsoever. Also, i think this cases some other problems what others are mentioned earlier. Thought. I leave this info here, maybe someone can fix this problem.

Oh, lemme tell: !ChapterOverhauls_PATCH goes into custom folder, yes. Other are deprecated, it intended to compat with Improved Choreo

Character manifest sometimes messing up itself. I stuck with that problem too, while adding many entries. After some tweaking it worked fine.

I tried adding the entries in the character manifest and it didn't work, all the npcs have their original names, and it makes them not say stuff that their scripted too say. everything that I have to install is installed correctly and the map patch is in the custom folder. I don't know what I did wrong, I did edit the character manifest file before this so that might be the problem but idk.
