just shoot while doing the reloading right after upgrading your ammo, the mag is instantly full

I tried that and couldnt get it to happen. Could you record a video?

with shotguns is a bit weird, you can cancel reload and get the full amount of upgraded shells instantly

Could you make a V script just like this one to improve the mod called general improvement simple and advanced to be easy and compatible to other script mods? For example some scripts mods that needs to be compatible with would be duplicated ammunition mod or upgraded weapon performance mod
