One of my players reported that if you build a roof using a plank on the ground that it does not consume the plank.

you know, i saw this like 2 weeks ago and thought "ah im never going to need this"
then here i am, a few days after spamming like 4 Stairs because i had to build a floor/roof tile in order to go past a fence/railing to remove it, as it wouldn't let me do so from the existing floor. ah....

@Chicken Leg It's a little known secret that if 1/10th of the current subscriber base ask for an update, the update fairies will come and auto update the mod.

Seeing the comments makes me glad that I go with the usual way of making roofs, stairs outside the place which then act like a way up onto the rooftop... You can make the rooftop area into a neat grill area.

Please don't patch what I'm about to say. It will make me sad, but I understand if you patch because you want to. You can build without spending resources if you have the plank and nails on the floor and not on your person for the wooden roof. Thanks for the mod so I can build a nice and quick early home.

Please make a compatibility for the "Improvised Build Menu" mod as the wooden roof does not appear in the carpentry menu. The metal roof normally appears in the metalworking menu.
