What techniques did you use for this poster? I guess SFM + Photoshop, but in ps did you use something in perticular to make it more cartoony?

This could not nesecessarily be a loading screen, because those are mostly for Dota 2, but if a space-age, cold war-esque space update were to happen, this could be one of the main menu / title backgrounds.
