@Solaire We cant say yet, it depends on how well the DLC is received overall and the pros and cons, because we are not able to make 2 separate mods, so either it requires the DLC for all, or it does not.

And the addition of nords changes nothing honestly, armors have to be made by us mainly as Norsca doesnt look like the nords much.

I understand that for your next update, you'll not include the DLC, likely just so people can get back to playing. But do you plan on incorporating the DLC in the future? I imagine its a great task to incorporate navy battles for every faction but I imagine that adding Norsca could be a tad simpler with the existence of the Nords. Just have to add some symbols, touch ups to armor and so on.

@Zeluht Yes they are disabled in TOR.

As for the crash, can you download better exception mod, see if that gives a BEW error and share that

Some 500 days into a campaign and game crashes every time I leave the settlement now. Stay in settlement, trade, do whatever for however long no issue. Couple steps from the settlement in any direction game encounters error and freezes. Had basically to a T the exact same issue with ROT. Not sure why its happening but curious if anyone else has run into something similar between the total conversion type mods.

Also side question does birth and aging not work with this mod? I was able to enable it during character creation and turn on battle deaths for all heroes but after starting the campaign they were both back to forced off.

Are we including the DLC for our next update however ? no.

@Keith1864 On our moddb website, there you can download older versions ( although right now its only this release and the previous bretonnia update as we removed the older ones due to instability and prone to crashing )

@Keith1864 When our new update is ready the workshop will automatically update ro whatever version we use at that time. We will keep an older ( current ) version of the mod on our moddb

If you upgrade this to 1.3, can you PLEASE upload this version as well? Some of us don't want to play 1.3 until it gets fixed by the modding community.

Hello there, I got an issue, at the start of the game, I have the loading screen personalized of the mod and it doesn't work. It just like stop to load or something.

I prefer to say it: I tried to launch the game in the new version (obviously it didn't work) and i came back to the previous one.

I restarted the game, the computrer, I even reinstalled the mode. Nothing.

I already played it since the past few days and I had no issues.

@Gloth Bannerlord, no you cannot uninstall the DLC and is not needed to either, just revert back to 1.2.11 or 1.2.12 gameversion and uncheck the warsails module in launcher

( right click bannerlord in steam -> properties -> BETAs -> select version )

Also your PC shouldn't be able to crash due to a mod, did you see an error pop up of any sorts?

entire computer crashed after i went to visit the arena about 2 minutes into my first game, any ideas how to fix this?? also does this work with the new naval dlc or nah?? prolly not but worth an ask

@Splam TOR doesnt use the DLC, but 1.3 will break TOR yes as our mod hasnt changed, requirements are the same.

You can keep it from updating by choosing the 1.2.11 or 1.2.12 branch specifically

@Petarvelki No it is not, TOR will be focused on the old world and portrayed as accurately as we can.

Warsword covered many more regions but as a downside had to cut down on alot of things which is not what we wanted to do, so we chose the region with the most diverse races.

is there somewhere I can find the spell details? Some spells say damage numbers like magic bolt, but a lot of spells just say "does damage" and doesn't give any numbers. For instance, is foetid cloud a persistent damage or just a one-shot nuke?

Im waiting for an update of this amazing mod since months. And of fcking course I will wait months more, especially if theres new code you guys have to work around. Please take your time and keep up the great work on this amazing mod!

Yes ofc 1.3 will cause crashes. TOR is for 1.2.11 or 1.2.12. That hasn't changed.

How to opt-in to betas.

Right click on Bannerlord in your library, choose properties.

Choose version 1.2.12 under list.

You don't have to wait for 1.3 to download and install first, you can pause the update, opt-in to the beta, and Bannerlord will disappear from your downloads.

1.3 update causes crashes, so opt into the beta for 1.2.12 (previous version) and TOR works fine.

Also note that if you have other mods you use with TOR, they might also break the game when they update for 1.3.

Character Manager just did that for me, so I went to Nexus Mods to download and install the previous version of Character Manager and now it works fine.
