RTB:R isnt a good beta recreation. It more does what it wants in a somewhat beta style.
If you want a real good beta expierence Read the raising the bar book. Or play build 2001.
So don't take RTB:R as beta fact. I also agree RTB:R metrocop and soldier designs ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ suck.

Its not, awful, but its also a real downgrade from the base hl2 metrocop design, dont even get me STARTED on the soldiers, i will never get how people like the rtb soldier design and even the Headcrab rtb design over the base game designs, base is just far superior, hate me if you want but i genuinely feel like retail is better than beta
