Hopefully a cockpit version becomes available for that mod, as thats my preference for sound design.
Still glad to see someone else volunteering their time for the community.
I simply avoid weapons and mechs that don't have updated firing sounds :)
Hopefully it gets updated one day.
I haven't bought the Solaris DLC yet as I've read comments saying weapons there don't make any sound while this awesome mod is enabled.
Do you plan add sound to LongBow mech?
Enjoy Mechwarriors.
Also as for my own opinion on 'muffling,' the 'Mech's primary function is the defense of the pilot, and that includes their hearing!
Other audio mods may not play nice with one another though if it just changes music it should not affect the other sounds however it has other assets such as weapons then sadly it will override it.
It no longer feels that you are so Isolated in the cockpit in this version ... at least that's what it felt to me ... or maybe I got messed up load order I don't know :D
You did it !!!
Thanks a lot for all the hard work !
sorry.... gotta go into my crusader and smashing something !
thanks a lot !!!!
