Sadly project files are gone, it supposed to be fixed with GMod port, but harddrive died and we're unable to work on a fix without an overhaul, which is probably not gonna happen in a good while

Hi, apologies for any disturbance, but I believe the strap on his back doesn't have a hook connected to his pants? It just ends and there's a small gap between his pants and strap where I can still see his shirt, aswell as no polygons to end the belt. This issue only happens with the Meet The Medic body, as the normal one just connects to the belt itself without a hook so that lines up. However, on the normal high-poly medic (not the advanced one for some reason) I did notice a texture issue in said back-strap where it just looks messed up kind of how the shotgun in model takes on the SPAS-12 texture? There's just this weird half-slice of the back-strap that's mismatched as heck. It's very obvious when you look at it.

Nevermind, restarted SFM and the textured appeared

currently trying to find out why textures on his clothing don't show up. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still appears without textures. Is this a bug, or do I also need to download something else?

We're going to need more than just "Textures are broken". Do they work, is there a texture mismatch, is it missing?

Textures for the torso are broken for me, i've uninstalled multiple times and reinstalled, tried switching the textures to the default ones, moving the files to tf_movie and userrmod, but nothing.
Would appreciate any kind of help

Damn, because I lighted this model with normal white light in specific angle that models skin colored a bit to unsaturated orangish or something like that

Materials and Textures have been improved, but no SSS Implementation, just good old Phong, Exponent and Rim mask only.

If you're referring to the Promo Posters, It was certainly achieved through Lighting / Post Processing.

This is probably a stupid question that someone's already answered, but if there was a solution anyone posted I couldn't find it. The texture on the model when I load it into the session is all grey and white except for the gloves; is there something I have to do to fix it myself?

most of my enhanced/high-poly models have an ability to hide almost everything, don't worry

im telling you to fix it, just warning you about that problem

just a thing, some of demoman new cosmetics have lots of incompatibilities with the model. try put the hawaiian hangover and see what im talking about
