Configurable settings for each action would be nice. At the least the option to disable specific actions to default to vanilla time would be enough for me.
Ripping a sheet should not take 20 seconds lol, it should take like under 3. plus other complaints like washing clothes taking even longer and barricades. The concept of this mod is good for smaller things like eating, smoking, ect. With the goal those actions be more immersive and meaningful. But making already perfectly long tasks an unreasonable amount longer (atleast to the extent this mod makes it) is very inconvenient and actually takes away immersion

Only issue with this mod is that it takes 40 in-game minutes to wash 5 bits of blood off my hands XD I agree with others saying this mod feels perfect, but washing is absurdly slow and I desperately wish to be able to adjust that.

This mod is good for longer day lengths though. Don't use it if your a speed demon player (1hr days)

The only flaws with this mod it's the eating/smoking/washing time actions. Everything else it's somewhat excessive but still a great mod to make your runs more harder.

you should set the smoking,washing yourself and eating back to vanilla because game already has its own time adjusted correctly for them but other than that its perfect mod to make game harder and more realistic

can you make a speed up action mod ?

you know an irl second is 24 seconds in game so this is just ridiculously slow

Nice! Is it possible to slow down the drinking animation? I'm referring to the animation involving a soda can or beer.

The idea in this mod is great for immersion, but it overdoes it. Many things take way too long and only frustrate players.

Mmm, no I more wanted to know about the sandbox settings... I can't figure out on how something can take 6 hours - or was the 6 hours just a figure of speech, because yeah the actions take longer but not 6 hours.

most crafting recipes barricading un-barricading building these are the ones ive used and know are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (take to long) as for the others no clue but smoking is to short keep in mind im using trait mods that make actions go like twice as fast or something it might be 1.5x im assuming you wanted what actions were slow

more than half of the things in this mod should NEVER take longer than base game what the hell were you thinking???? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ barricading a window with a trait that increases your action speed should not take 3 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hours imagine yourself in that situation ive never barricaded a window but im sure if i did it would take me max 10 minutes on the first one only and the second one ive ever done would take 5 minutes max and this is a deal breaker for 80% of people and that sucks because certain things like digging a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ grave should take an hour or 3 maybe not filling it but definitely digging it

With how the game's default timescale is, I don't think washing yourself should take 6 hours. Stupid mod stupid concept.

would be better if you allow us to configure how much slower we want things to be. I don't ever recall someone taking an hour to smoke a cig before, or eating takes most of the day.

can you please make opening cans take much less time, it doesnt take more than 2-4 seconds in real life unless the can/can opener is very bad, otherwise i think this mod is good.

And, hard agree on the reloading thing EO mentioned - there is very little benefit to carrying around multiple mags

i really love the idea and enjoyed having it on servers with slower timescales, but giving us the option to edit different speeds via mod options would be really cool, especially since it would make it a lot easier for people to balance the speeds according to their own modpacks - popping a singular oxycontin tabled does not take thirty seconds

Thank you for your hard work on this mod! I love mods that enhance realism. Two major suggestions I have:

- Create individual values (time duration) for each food item. I still personally believe that characters eat a little to fast.

- Most importantly, reloading. I've been in the military and the reloading speed at which level 0 possesses far outmatches even the most skilled shooters IRL. This should be drastically reduced in my opinion. The speed would of course be scaled up with each level progression, but I would consider capping the speed at what is vanilla level 2. This would also add more of a challenge for shooting gameplay, and creates an incentive to carry spare magazines with ammo.

oh so you never actually could do it? My bad xD, I was checking the files and, which file is it related to ripping clothing? is it Crafting?

@Pumpkerino Nope. I think some mod makes it that you CAN rip while walking?

@Pumpkerino The bandaging action ends because its not looped on animation definition - not a biggie. Ripping sheets is bit slow but it is dictated by the general crafting multiplier so yeah.. it is how it is.. I personally like it :D

I'll look into the washing thing... I kind of lowered it by half already but I guess more dirty the player is the more time it takes to wash.

Oh, and you can go to your steam workshop files and paste '2905223561' and just delete the files you don't like in TimedAction folders - it will create again them when I update the mod tho.

Yeah xD Washing I find it way too slow, but another one is not mainly because it's slow, applying bandages has an simple bug, the action ends early but the progress bar continues. Lastly, descomposing clothes... the problem is that you can't walk and rip them at the same time so it's stressful to have the action cancel by different reasons (mainly, zombies). I think all of this sounds like way to critical, but I find this mod a MUST HAVE 100%, it makes the game way more chill and enjoyable in a lot of ways

Hello! is there a way to just enable certain actions to be slower? because I kinda disagree with two actions being way too slow
