You can completely disable it by setting the g-surf ConVar inside MapVote GUI to 0

The roundtime limit has been added to the MapVote GUI. Open it up using !mvmenu and switch to 'ConVars'

Is there still any way to change round time when using perfect map vote addon? And is there any way to remove/edit the timer?
