if it's annoying you can disable "show hud" in the top widget in rendering, it hides any lua errors and hides the default hud alongside item selector, I use it all the time since I'm running with custom huds 90% of the time

you could with the power of script multiloader,idk what code it uses but with that one script loader on the hl2 workshop you can put some code in to make it work like this,theres many uhh scripts that use it like friendly fire which lets you shoot friendly npcs

i really dislike the look of zombies when they die and have alot of blood on them, since their body is still considered human and the only part that is alien is the headcrab, great mod tho! but the neon green blood makes me feel like im playing alien:isolation

wish someone would make this but with dirt and sand. (if an npc is standing on a certain type of terrain they will get an overlay over a certain period of time)
