I'm not planning to make other mods for other cultures... but I could add other cultures to this very mod, if someone else provides me the files (I am just doing an Italian translation).

The names are changed only if you conquer the province: that's why they are "dynamic province names".
Unfortunately, this mod is not Ironman compatible because adding dynamic province names changes the checksum. Thanks, Paradox...
Regarding China, Italy only had a concession in Tianjin-Tienzino, but that is not a province in the game, as far as I know.
If you are speaking about the ancient Romans, they didn't know many Chinese toponyms. The capital of China was literally know by the name "Chinese mother city" ("Sera metropolis").
Anyway, I would continue the translation up to China, just if I found the time.
