Carrier mechs transport any other mechs to the charging station. This modification allows mechs to do things that only pawns can do, it does not make any other changes

Sorry for the late update. I'm yet to get through 1.6 and new DLC so I haven't tested this extensively yet, but it should be good to use as is.

@PGMP @Nuker1110 I think adding such option for constructors would require creating new work type for construction skill or altering Constructors to allow them perform "Smithing" work.
It was quite simple for Fabricors, if you are interested you can check mod below:
