you need to have it turned on for a new playthrough, and you cannot have any other non-asset mods active because motorsport manager doesn't like having more than one mod active for some reason

Are you using any other mods at the same time, have you been using a mod that require you to alter your folders, did you start as a custom team instead?

again though, MM has a nasty habit of only being able to have 1 non-asset mod activated at a time. otherwise one or none tend to work

and you only have that mod on? if so, apart from verifying the files and trying again, i do not know what could be wrong. yes it's even visible in the choose team screen. on a side note, are you using windows 11? i've heard that it's caused a lot of problems for games

you have to activate it for a new playthrough. like most mods, it won't work if you try to turn it on for an ongoing save
