I figured it out if you have issues with the game launching try getting rid of the atc file than relaunch the game

game hard crashes on start up. dll files are unblocked

Hey man, idk if i ♥♥♥♥ my modder or something cuz everytime i try loadout ur mod always error. I try reinstall and even try ur version in nexus but damn still nothing. I only load with
1. Harmony
2. Butterlib
3. UIExtenderEx
4. Mod Configuration Menu V5
5. Adonnay's Troop Changer

Did i ♥♥♥♥ something or was it because upcoming new update? hope u could me because not gonna lie those troop were great than vanilla

they can pop on any culture you have chosen , maybe you have to wait a bit before you can see them . They are first on Battanian Culture look in battanian settlement if you se some .

Hey, I have a stubborn "MapEvents" crash with "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." . My issue is a custom troop not playing nice (wrong ID or something).

I use ATC with True Armies of Calradia [www.nexusmods.com] .

I've disabled all my mods one by one, except these two mods, so one of them is causing the crash.

I checked into ATC.debug.log file and found several "warning" lines such "WARNING: TAC_Khuzait_Levy_Spear_01_T1 is not configured as base troop (is_basic_troop = true)!". Not sure how to interpret this, would this normally cause a crash ? Because It looks more like a "warning" than an actual "error" .

I checked True Armies troop files but didn't find any "is_basic_troop = true/fasle" line to tweak, so I'm kinda lost right now.

Just asking to get as much infos as possible, I've also tried reaching the other author.

Do mods that use ATC need be to be loaded after it? Been having crashing issues when Dark Force Rising does a call to ATC to change what units are available at a location

@ I Go2 A ConfuCiuS Name you can recruit them in Battanians towns and villages after a while. You need to wait a bit that this new troops come.

sorry for the potentially stupid question but how exactly does one go on to recruit their custom troops once they've been loaded in using your mod?

No problem for me with this mod i always play with it like this morning. And i have maybe 20 more mods with it.
For me one of the Best mods i use.

Did you check everything that I stated in the description?
"Then have read a couple of reports that people don't seem to have enough rights to write into the \ProgramData\Mount & Blade Bannerlord II\ folder. I have no idea why but make sure you have. You could also try to manually add the folder \ATC if it is not present. Starting the game as administrator can also help."

Also make sure the .dll file in the mod folder is not blocked... but I think that doesn't happen with workshop mods, or does it? Does anyone know?

do not use this mod! it a terrible mod, i found out the hard way that this is the game breaking mod that keep crashing my game at the loading screen. but the moment i un-tick this mod, the game work again.

Dont know why but it is getting stuck on the loading screen and will not load ive tried on both hear and on nexus

You can use "default" for faction @23n1bb. Then you can configure troops by culture instead.

No update needed guys, ATC still works fine for Bannerlord 1.2.10.

i have bannerlord in a different drive and the atc settings folder just doesnt show up the only folder in the atc folder is the atc debug word folder. i dont know what to do

does it work with 1.2.8?

i am using separatism mod and all the factions created by lords are using vanilla troop instead of modded ones, gonna need a default special_token for factions that aren't vanilla

cant we get a special token like "default" in that map faction part?

I can confirm that the skillfulthumbs method below works. God knows why. Executing the launcher in administrator mode seems to have done the trick.

For anyone having trouble starting the game with this mod, I went into steamapps\common\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\bin\Win64_Shipping_Client and made the 'TaleWorlds.MountAndBlade.Launcher' run as administrator. Adonnay (and De Re Militari) should work after this.

If you're unsure, always check the ATC.debug.log first.

atc says it loaded successfully. But while using DRM all my units are still vanilla.

will it come up in a colored debug message if it loads when you initialiy start the game?
