This mod just adds stuff to the existent surgeons, nurses and patients. If you want to them everywhere you need a population mod.

just to make it clear, this addon really conflict with High Res Human skin by Wendigo?, i played with both addons looking any error or something but i didnt notice nothing wrong, so, i just have to ignore the conflict message that appears?

The patient with the "_l4d2" added is just used for corpses. Otherwise those corpses will have broken textures.

Hello there, quick question.
I was testing some stuff with the files of your mod and i stumble upon two models for the patient.

common_patient_male01 -> original one used in the game
common_patient_male01_l4d2 -> wich is unused because there is no such thing in population files.

So i was just wondering, why is it here ? Does it offer extra bodygroups or something ?

More accurately, it's a bodygroup of the surgeon. Meaning that half or so of the time the surgeon will instead spawn as a guard

Ah, I didn't realize at the time that the shadow can be most likely be removed in a program like Photoshop. I haven't checked this theory, I just assumed it was there to stay.

There's one bodygroup for the security guard that has the tie. The tie shadow will be removed in the next update.

Just a suggestion; I see that the shadows from the security guard's necktie are still visible on the shirt even without the tie visible. I think that the guard would look better with the tie and perhaps even a private security badge, maybe just some light edits to the badge used on the police model. I need to learn how to do these things at some point.
