Isn't this already a feature? I get the option to teleport all NPC's home if I right click on the NPC housing icon in the menu, I checked through my mods I had on and it they didn't seem to add that feature

I just switched from hard-coded text to hjson, and there's only two lines in this mod. Localizing it might be easy
