Yes I am not a model maker, As stated in the description this is Fiki's model not mine. There will be no improvements or changes.

We had to replace your head textures with the ones from the TF_movies folder to fix the teeth. Harry101UK himself pointed out that your teeth have odd coloring to them in the texture, and that's probably the root of the issue.

The people on the SFM discord were having the same issue with the model.

the model itself should have no errors. If you have an error after downloading its either because of something that's wrong with your SFM or the installation process was messed up. I recommend going to the SFM discord Server and asking for help. More times than not its an internal issue with your textures in the engine itself. And I also recommend not overriding anything while installing.
