Hey, I never updated this so depending on how much the game changed I'm not sure if it still works, nice to see people are still finding it though. I might update it with the new patch coming out

Can anyone confirm if this work with current version 41.78.16?

It is not working. Maybe mod conflict, but don't start reading at all while sit in a car. No matter which seat.

I haven't been updating the mod but you should be able to press ESC and cancel reading your book before doing any other action. Let me know if there is still issues.

As for the drunk effect, I currently have my mind on other endeavours. I may go back and create this on my off time, but I wouldn't be waiting around for the update.

You could trigger the drunk effect to reading while driving.

Awh thanks guys, maybe I'll look into that idea @Stormrage but I have another mod on the top of my head that I want to get done first

The law says you can't text and drive or use a cell phone - but it doesn't say anything about reading! Yay loopholes!

Nice. Good pair with Read While Walking.

I would love it if you could do anything while driving, but, the game would swerve the wheel from time to time, kind of like drunk driving in GTA, and perhaps increase the throttle or press the brake randomly. So it would be a gamble, you're maximizing your use of time but at the risk of crashing.
I know it's beyond the scope of this mod, just though I'd put it out there and maybe someone picks the idea up.
