no i dont use tmodloader for 1.4.4.9 , i'm on the vanilla game.

i also dont have other mod changing or altering the princess , so i don't understand why it won't work.

i have few others npc who aren't affected by mods neither , while many others work , it's like on 10 npc mods , 4 don't work anymore and the 6 others work.


But yeah if it work for everybody else , the issue may come from my side , not your.

it's been well over a couple months since 1.4 and subscriber growth is still consistent with no bug reports. If you're using TModLoader, it's that.

Understandable. As a content creator of sorts, any plans on getting and learning to use tablets? I heard those are great for drawing and things, just didn't like the one I tried many many years ago but it's always been on the back of my mind since I like editing pictures a little from time to time

programming is relatively easy, having to fix spritesheets that are badly designed is too. it's just... very time consuming. Though I want to be clear, resource packs don't have any programming in them. It's solely that animating frame by frame, pixel by pixel with a mouse is annoying and tedious

I have bothered enough with pointless stuff and spent money hours with it. Making mods specifically? Not exactly, but I have technically made mods, although they were just simple number fixes and some premade code i implanted. Was also an easily moddable game called wolcen. I am however finally getting to a game dev school in a month so I will learn what it's really like. Shouldn't forget to mention that I have touched on the very basics of that one game engine hosted on epic games and followed a tutorial. Some fixing and stuff and took some time but I could hardly compare it to what you do. Yet I don't have to be told how long it actually takes to make a mod in this game since it's not too different from the pointless stuff I been doing for hours upon hours, it's just that what you do is more complex and things can break easily

it's in your steam folder, steam > workshop > terraria > (usually the top folder, but sometimes it isn't depending on when the folder last got updated)

Right now I'm trying to find where the resource pack popped up, because it's not in the place it's suppose to be. Not in the document terraria location

It's a shame it isn't as simple as just having a pack that detects you have my NPCs and correct them into smaller chested versions. Otherwise I would happily get around to doing it.

The best I can do is at some point push out a version of my clothing pack designed for the lite model. I really want to avoid diluting the relatively little attention mods get these days and split it between tons of different versions of the same mod.

I want to avoid doing it specifically with NPCs is because these have so many different processes I have to go through that eventually force me to rasterise them for ease of use. If Terraria's Devs actually designed NPC walk animations to not be a literal disaster in terms of long term management, I would have designed my own from the ground up to compensate.

Sorry to be so aggressive about it, but if you knew what the process was like in terms of mod development for this game, you would understand. I have tons of other projects to get to, and the fact I'm bothering try to keep my stuff upto date is more than what you can say of most - At the end of the day, it is just a few pixels that you're not going to see that often.

Well I couldn't justify convincing you otherwise. You do great work but it's not my thing. Maybe more will come with time. I couldn't predict the demand or publicity it would give you either but I could tell you that as long as less well endowed versions of your work come out, I will download, otherwise I won't. So that's at least one vote just in case

I do not. However, to attempt to satisfy you, I quickly made a 'lite' version of the Princess NPC. I made it in literally 2 minutes, so it has animation imperfections. It's in the resource pack files and instructions on how to use it have been added in the desc.

Designing a separate animation specifically to have smaller breasts is in most instances a pain in the ass and require a lot of work and will take an hour to do minimum for each animation to do it properly. Minimum.

I'm not developing a lite version of all of my mods as you barely see the NPCs anyway - the difference between a lite and the regular model will be a total of 8 pixels in breast volume. Get over it imo.
