I can't wear the Millennium Gas Mask with the FAST (SF) helmet, Is that by design? or do I have a problem?

jeans seem to not occupy any layers so my colonist is wearing a pair suit trousers in the skin layer, and then two pairs of jeans on top of that because they're occupying the "None" layer

Correction on Gloves and Boots - it's not compatible with 1.6.
I personally hope a remake for it is in the works but that's entirely up to Plucker, so.

@Cultanis that was one of Chicken Plucker's older mod Gloves and Boots, it is not compatible with 1.5

@sheckelstine More or less CE patch team's problem, not Chicken Plucker's, since the patch team writes the patches.
But, if you know how to get around XML editing you can edit the files yourselves or even easier use the CE Manual Patcher mod, I personally used it to give some of the vests that +should+ have increased capacity to give them the stats I felt were necessary.

Wasn't there a selection of combat boots and gloves included in this? Was that another mod or did they get removed?

Any chance the gear will be dyeable or at least have variants at some point? Would love the FAST (SF) in black at some point.

I just reproduced it with Flak Helmets so I'm going back to my modlist

Can you lower the layer order of the backpack so that the hair covers the backpack layer? I found that long hair is covered by the backpack, which makes it look a bit unsightly.

@Chicken Plucker I browsed through my mods and had another look in game, and I have a bunch of items from your mods that display as being made by the secondary material, i e the component in this case is a part of the helmet materials. I have a bunch of Crye AVS rigs that show as being made by steel, which is the secondary material in those items.

Not all of them though, only like 20% of these items (showing one normal in screenshot for comparison). I have not seen it appear in other items, or vanilla items for that matter. I can't really find any mods I'm using that would mess with this, but compatibility is black magic and witchcraft sometimes.

I also have a feature request: add an additional model of the OPS-CORE with the SOTR-attachment (or similar helmet with similar attachment, you get the idea) for toxic resistance

@Tannheuser - Hey mate. Says your Flux helmet is made of Components as a material, you seem to have a mod that allows that? Mine is limited to metallic items if not just steel so this seems a bit strange.

I've been using this, Weapons, and Shoes and Socks with no problem on 1.6 in case anyone is wondering about compatibility.

It is COMPATIBLE with CE. I didnt see any incompatible moments :/
