Can you remove the automatic thanks? Because it doesn't come from the player's heart, it's very fake

@RogerDatSoldier i just did a test in a local game and ridden works along with pounced other(L)

keep in mind pounced other only works in local games
ridden works in public matches but subjected to server rules so you cant spam it there. in local games you can

also note. make sure your mods fully load before booting into a match. if you dont do this, then the game wont load the required files to allow you to use the mod

@Almir Listo it is a little advanced ill admit but really all youre doing is one extra thing like setting your survivor set. this was done so you dont have "dead" lines that dont work for a specific survivor set. the intention is if you play on a l4d2 map and pick l4d2 cast in extras menu then you fully know all the related lines that load work

as for the next and prev menus within buttons, thats the only way to fit more lines.

@Bobalover disable a mod that uses the keybinds options temporarily to set your keybinds, then re enable them

@Ecrypthalas thats normal. the conflict is because they are using the same keyboard bindings file. thta conflict is harmless. to set your bindings, just disable 3ps temporarily and then set your keys then renable the mod

For some reason it doesn't show up in the options menu for the keybinds but nothing is conflicting with the mods in the add ons menu

you need to select your char first. use the char selection menu first

and by etc, i mean most other things like +m2 or +en1

yes you can use this in offical servers, just that some voicelines dont work because the mod needs to be installed.

Anyone here know if this mod has the chainsaw butcher voicelines? Been tryna find a vocalizer that specifically has them.

i cant use any character menu even when i choose the csm and the specific l4d all the other voicelines work fine

Lines with limited use
If you see a ?(L)? in the menus, this means this line is limited and will work on local servers and dedicated servers (where this add-on is installed), and in single player. They CANNOT WORK on official Valve servers!

you may have a conflict with some other mod.

I dont know why but mine stopped working, I cant use the enemies menu or other specific ones, they dont even pop up. Even though I have keys binded to them in the settings..?

mods dont work in versus mode. youll have to use a shifty method to enable it. you can check ions guide to enable vocalizers in versus

its not a vscript mod. what you can do is add the #include statements of all the talker mods you want then you can use any mod you like

is this addon a script or a vscript? because if it's not a vscript then it makes sense as to why this addon breaks a good amount of talker mods

it works on my end following his guide for versus. you might be missing a step

i did and i tried using Helrikas vocalizer through game maps, the workshop, and the ions guide and ions vocalizer worked when i did the guide but when i tried Helrikas it didnt work

because mods are "disabled" in versus.

i believe it is possible but at the moment i dont have time to investigate the rules that allow for vocalization in the first game. im assuming some lines have different commands

there shouldnt be an issue with that. however what you can do is manually edit your keyboard bindings file in the config folder and set it there if the game refuses to let you.

keep in mind slot5 aka pills is set to 5
