A little weak but it's an anti personnel weapon technically. Maybe used as distraction, noise makers, focused explosive, doors, etc

Hey man I was just going to post this in the discussions but it seems your mod already uses the concept I wanted to throw out there.

I was thinking about a explosive delayed rocket or whatever, that would be able to penetrate material and then explode quickly after giving a "bunker buster" effect.

I don't know anything about modding but thought I would throw the idea out there until I get
un-lazy enough to do it myself.
