For anyone who is struggling here is the answers!

If you can't find the particles in the file viewer. Make sure you go into the common files of steamapps, go to source filmaker, and then go into workshop and find the particle files in there by going through the particle folders.

If you don't see it when it is in your film, make sure to leave the clip and then come back to it in order to refresh it.

Now i can blow ♥♥♥♥ up with these particles. Been trying to find more realistic Muzzleflashes, most of the ones on the Workshop seem low in quality sometimes.
