Idea: A map with the standard citadel and a combine base in the distance, there would be a button inside the combine base where when pulled it would enable/disable alert mode on the base and citadel

Damn, I was going to find a map that had a big skybox to create what you already created. Hydrogen/10 (most common element in the universe) so probably 9x90e90+11 hydrogen atoms. Good map though!
