That't very very very weird. I just tested it, and all the mutations work well. What OS are you playing on? Windows 10? Mac? Linux? Steam OS? This might be a question to the game dev, instead of the mod author.

this...doesn't work. I didn't get infinite ammo and all the weapons and armor had 1 durability/ammo
