In vanilla Rimworld, Cassanda and Phoebe will send 1 trade ship during a 7 day On cycle before an 8 day Off cycle, while Randy just has a chance to send one when he chooses a random positive event, which is why you'll sometimes get years between them.
With this mod, you'll always receive 3 trade ships during a 9 day On cycle followed by a 2 day Off cycle, for all 3 vanilla storytellers.

yes it works when loaded in 1.5. It's just that it shows an incompatibility warning, so we (as i'm not the only one complaining about it here) always need to check if it's really incompatible, or just it's marked as so.
